Civil Litigation
Lawsuits are stressful and complicated. As a PLG client, you’ll work with a team of accomplished litigators who have the experience and knowledge to guide you through the process, understand and present your case to a judge or jury, and fight for your best interests.
The Civil Litigation Team at PLG can help whether you are pursuing a claim to enforce your rights or defending a lawsuit brought against you or your business. We understand that a successful outcome may mean different things to each client and that litigation is not “one size fits all.”
No matter the claim, our team always develops a litigation strategy that keeps your business goals and interests in mind. Our lawyers have practical business experience that helps us understand your goals and work with you toward the best solution for your needs, whether it’s settlement, mediation, arbitration, or trial.
Achieving a resolution outside of the courtroom is often preferred because litigation can be costly and time-consuming. But when that is not possible, our team is experienced in all facets of litigation – from pre-trial to presenting a case before a judge or jury to appeals.
The Civil Litigation Team at PLG has extensive experience handling business and contract disputes, business torts and unfair competition claims, shareholder disputes, construction and real estate disputes, employment and non-compete disputes, and trust and estate disputes.
Our team can also help your business prevent future litigation and disputes by reviewing existing contracts, documents, and agreements and draft updated ones when necessary.
The Civil Litigation Team at PLG brings over 100 years of litigation experience to the table. Our team can guide you through the big disputes and the small ones, working toward a successful outcome while keeping an eye your budget.
