Mediation

Mediation has become a favored tool in civil disputes and can be a cost-effective and time-saving alternative to litigation. This approach involves a meeting between two or more parties and a trained, neutral mediator.

The mediators at PLG are experienced in working with parties involved in high-conflict issues and understand the importance of bringing them together to resolve the matter.

The mediators at PLG will facilitate discussion and help the involved parties arrive at a resolution, which can be binding or non-binding. Mediation can be a relatively informal and inexpensive way for the parties to resolve the dispute themselves.

If you are facing complex legal matters, rest assured. Mediation is one way to optimize case outcomes while managing the cost, time, and stress of a lawsuit. The registered civil mediators at PLG have the experience and perspective to settle even the most difficult cases.

The Mediation Team at PLG has helped to bring resolution in a variety of matters, including insurance coverage and claims, contract disputes, medical malpractice claims, and employment issues.

Most mediation cases take less than a day to reach a resolution, but sometimes, it may take several days. Bringing together parties with opposite viewpoints can be challenging, but our mediators understand how to effectively communicate with each party and encourage them to do the same to come to a resolution that satisfies each party.

The Paganelli Law Group has facilities to host your mediation, conveniently located at 10401 N. Meridian St., with easy access from I-465 or the Meridian Street Corridor. Our conference rooms include amenities such as WiFi access, coffee, and snacks.
