Jonathan Bont to Discuss Business Litigation During DTCI Virtual Event Oct. 29

On Thursday, Oct. 29, Jonathan Bont will discuss the intersection of business litigation and white-collar criminal defense during the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana’s (DTCI) Substantive Law virtual breakout session. 

Businesses and executives are increasingly the recipients of requests from the government for information in connection with a criminal investigation that is already the subject of a civil lawsuit.

From 2:30-3:30 p.m., Jon will present litigation concerns surrounding parallel civil and criminal proceedings.
