Gibson, Bont to Present IndyBar CLE Webinars on Residential Real Estate Sales, Health Care Fraud

PLG attorneys Raegan Gibson and Jonathan Bont will present CLE webinars in November hosted by the Indianapolis Bar Association.  

On Thursday, Nov. 12, PLG will sponsor a Zoom CLE webinar on “Residential Real Estate Sales: Fraudulent Misrepresentations and Omissions,” presented by attorney Raegan Gibson. From 4-5 p.m., Raegan will discuss the disclosures required by and the interplay between the Indiana Residential Real Estate Sales Disclosure Statute and Indiana common law. She will also discuss the abrogation of the doctrine of caveat emptor, the evolution of the case law, and associated duties of real estate brokers. Register here.

On Tuesday, Nov. 17, Jonathan Bont will co-present a Zoom CLE webinar from noon-1 p.m. on “Health Care Fraud & White-Collar Crime,” hosted by IndyBar’s Health Care and Life Sciences Section. According to the FBI, health care fraud is the number one white-collar crime, and the number of investigations continue to rise.
