James Bell to Present on Ethics During ICLEF October Seminars
Attorney James Bell will speak at two Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum (ICLEF) seminars in October.
On Friday, Oct. 16, James will present “Vignettes of Legal Ethics” with Seth Pruden, staff attorney for the Indiana Supreme Court, during ICLEF’s Applied Professionalism seminar. Their presentation will cover attorney-client relationships, attorney fees, confidentiality, client communication, fiduciary duties, defining who your client is, relationships with third parties, case management, and recordkeeping.
Then on Friday, Oct. 30, James will discuss “Advertising and Marketing Ethics” on the second day of ICLEF’s annual Reality CLE retreat, an expansive program that helps participants learn more about the “real” aspects and challenges of running a successful practice. This year’s retreat will be a live individual webcast only.
